This is a solid gi.  The ripstop fabric seems sturdy.  It’s thicker than the ripstop I’ve seen in other gi.  

Fits looser than some other brands.  Perfect for stockier guys.  

This gi shrinks quite a bit if you don't wash it cold and line dry.  Take that into consideration when you pick your size.
